When a test is ordered — from a hospital OPD, a walk-in patient, or a home collection request — a unique sample ID is generated and tracked through every stage. Test results are entered by technicians directly in the system, validated by the pathologist, and digitally signed reports are generated automatically in PDF. Patients and referring doctors receive results via email or WhatsApp the moment the pathologist approves. Billing, reagent inventory and equipment calibration logs complete the package.
